- love the light weight, I know it's only about 200g or so, but it just feels so much lighter
- extra screen space is nice, especially looking at photos or videos in landscape mode
- LTE speed is much faster
- overall speed of apps is much more responsive. 4s was no slouch, but 5 is just that little bit faster
IOS7:
- block callers feature is awesome! No more adding all the spam callers/faxes to one Spammer contact, now, just view the call through history and say block! Don't know why this feature wasn't talked about more, cause it's probably one of the best additions.
- kill apps with swipe up! Where as before you had to double tap the home button, then hold the app's icon until wiggle mode kicked in, then find the little minus icon in the upper left corner, then tap on that to kill the app. Now, just double tap home and you swipe the app's entire screen shot up, and voila, it's gone. And it even supports multiple fingers so you can remove up to 3 apps at once (provided you can fit 3 fingers on the screen to do the swipe with!)
Things I miss from the iPhone 4S:
- umm, maybe the silver edges that hide scratches??
- honestly there isn't a lot about the 4s hardware that I miss
Things that I miss from iOS6:
- since my iOS6 was jailbroken, I had a lot of customization, the single app I miss the most is BiteSMS. It allows you to pop up a messages composer on top of any running app! No need to go to the messages app to write a message.
- I am still not sure how I feel about the new flat iOS design. Initially feels like I am using a Microsoft phone. iOS6's design just seem to have more of a visual punch, where as iOS 7 seems more understated.
